Are your services limited due to COVID-19 Restrictions?
Our facilities will be open in line with government directives. We will continue to keep up to date with all information on scheduled opening times and will react to this information to keep both our employees and guests safe.
We will be limiting the amount of guest amenities in guest rooms to ensure we are adhering to our strict cleaning and sanitising policies; this will also include in room servicing. Our staff will only service a room if the guest has vacated prior to the time the cleaning is due to take place. We will also limit our contact time in each room during a multi night stay. We are also happy to supply fresh towels and toiletries should you wish to have a contactless stay.
We will be screening all guests on check-in for their temperature, this is for the guests and our teams health and safety, if a guest is showing to have a high temperature then they will not be permitted to check-in to the hotel. All guests must co-operate with this guideline, if they will not adhere to this policy then they will be refused check-in.

Can I stay in your hotel if I have flown in from a country not on the Green List issued by Irish Government?
No, only customers flying in from a country listed on the Green List issued by Irish Government are allowed to check into the hotel. Customers arriving from countries not listed are required to quarantine for 14 days and unfortunately this is not a service we provide. The reservation of guests who have flown in from a country not on the list OR display a high temperature will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will be waived.

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 12 noon.
Is it possible to arrange a late check out?
Late check-out is subject to availability and a small fee. Please contact the hotel directly to enquire about a late check-out.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday 7.30am-10.30am and on weekends 7.30am-11.00am. See our Breakfast Menu here!

Is there a swimming pool/leisure centre at the hotel?
There is no swimming pool or a leisure centre at the hotel, however Ennniscrone’s very own Water Point Aqua Park is less than a 5 minute drive away. Water Point offers something for everyone - indoor heated pool with 65-metre flume waterslide & Separate children’s pool, state of the art gym, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and much much more.
Is there a restaurant/bar at the hotel?
The Diamond Coast Hotel offers a great selection of dining options available during your visit. From formal dining in our superb Coral Restaurant providing excellent cuisine accompanied by a sumptuous wine selection, to a more casual meal in our Stir Bistro, there is always something available to cater to your specific taste. The hotel is also home to the beautiful Inishaven Bar where you can enjoy a relaxed pint with an excellent selection of snacks.
Is parking available?
Yes, ample parking is available at the hotel and is free of charge for all customers

The spectacular Blue Flag Enniscrone Beach is just a few minute walk from the hotel
How far is the hotel from Ballina/Sligo town?
Ballina town is a 10 minute drive and Sligo town 40 minute drive from the Diamond Coast Hotel
When is your kids club operating?
Our Little Diamonds Kids Club is open on certain evenings, weekends and during school holidays. The opening times are subject to change, please check with the hotel at the time of booking.

Diamond Coast Hotel is known to offer the largest family rooms in the Northwest! Our recently refurbished family rooms vary in size with the largest one being able accommodate a family of up to 8 people, and still have plenty of room for your luggage.
Are baby cots available for children?

Limited amount of adaptors is available from reception, please note that the availability of international adaptors is not guaranteed.
