Your wedding journey begins with your initial inquiry, and who better to guide you than the wonderful Mary Clarke, our wedding manager. Mary has helped countless couples bring their dream weddings to life, and she’s here to answer any questions, walk you through the process, and help you envision your perfect day at the Diamond Coast.
Once you’ve fallen in love with our venue (which we know you will!), it’s time to secure your wedding date. To do so, you’ll pay a €1,000 deposit, locking in your preferred day. With this step, you’re one step closer to your dream wedding at the Diamond Coast Hotel!
About six weeks before your wedding, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to attend your meal tasting. This is your chance to sample a variety of our delicious menu options and finalise your food and drink choices. We take great pride in our culinary offerings, and our chefs will ensure every dish is perfect for you and your guests.
With just one week to go, it’s time to submit your table plan. This ensures our team can get everything set up exactly how you’d like it, making sure your guests are seated comfortably and your reception flows smoothly. Don’t worry, we’re here to help with any last-minute adjustments.
As the big day approaches, we’ll need your final guest numbers 48-72 hours before the wedding. This helps us ensure everything is ready to perfection, from seating to catering. Once the numbers are confirmed, you can relax knowing every detail is taken care of.
